With a growing workload across our business and a strong outlook on future works we’re looking to expand our capabilities in leading successful infrastructure projects for our clients.  We are looking for a Construction Project Manager, who can bring their wealth of technical skills to our small high performing team of experts.  If you thrive working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience managing large and small projects we want to talk to you.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of contracts ensuring each project is delivered on time, to the client’s satisfaction and within budget.  Your role will involve working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and members of our close-knit team.

We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running, and make an immediate impact; this is an opportunity to take ownership and accountability for your work, managing your own significant projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Contract/Project Management Experience in the Civil Construction industry
  • Civil Engineering qualification or other relevant industry experience
  • Strong and demonstrated skillset in leading contracts
  • Ability to plan and deliver contracts on time and within budget
  • Proven experience completing contract documentation, programmes, variations, claims and reporting requirements
  • Experience scheduling staff and equipment to meet project needs, liaising with key personnel and clients
  • Commitment to Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Compliance
  • Ability to use survey & other field instruments (desirable)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic qualified STMS to join our team.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Be a qualified STMS with a thorough understanding of CoPTTM and hold a current STMS certification Cat A / Cat B.
  • Be committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites.
  • Have experience in the civil engineering and roading industry.
  • Have experience on NZTA and Local Authority projects.
  • Have an ability to manage and audit multiple sites.
  • Have the ability to coach and train staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained.
  • Be professionally presented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public.
  • Hold a current full Class 1 Licence (Class 2 preferable)
  • Commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic qualified Traffic Controllers to join our team.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Have a Level 1 Traffic Controller Ticket or TMO NP/P or TTM Worker
  • Be committed to ensuring a high standard of traffic management is achieved on our sites.
  • Preferably hold a current Full Class 1 Licence.
  • Be physically fit.
  • Have a commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Machine Operator to join our team.   You will work under supervision in a fast-paced environment and produce high quality work safely and efficiently.

 

To be considered for this role you will need to:

  • Have experience in Quarry or similar environment using various machines.
  • Hold a current Full Class 1 Licence.
  • Wheels, Tracks and Rollers Endorsement.
  • Have an excellent work ethic, be reliable and honest.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in an awesome growing team.
  • Have a commitment to Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.
