Tūpore Infrastructure is your ideal construction partner to help you build your development project, from earthworks and excavation to drainage, concrete work, roading and more.

We are experienced in end-to-end management and will guide you through your project to ensure that it is completed on time, to budget and to and excellent quality. There is no industrial/commercial job too big or too small for us. We have completed a large range of projects from car parks to 1500m2 foundation slabs and have both the resource and expert knowledge to do so efficiently. Tūpore Infrastructure are excellent at outsourcing and managing subcontractors if needed.

Land Development

We have vast experience in completing subdivisions. As a full-suite civil construction company, we have the capacity to project manage land development projects from end to end including liaising with subcontractors, surveyors, utility providers and local authorities. As well as having earthworks resources with capability and experience in placing fill to create platforms, we have concrete and paving teams and full underground service capabilities with three-waters qualifications.
