About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop contract management plans, programs, budgets and methodologies.
  • Coordinate design queries, RFI, approvals, permits and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Contract specifications, H&S regulations, Environmental controls and Quality assurance requirements.
  • Maintain and complete accurate lot files, quality assurance testing, and closeout documentation.
  • Identify project constraints, risks, opportunities, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Complete and support toolbox talks, hazard assessments, incident reporting and corrective actions.
  • Manage resources, utilisation, staging and sequencing.
  • Lead coordination with Foreman and Subcontractors.
  • Plan and prepare daily work fronts with Foreman and Subcontractors.

  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and technical guidance.
  • Support workforce planning, capability development and recruitment where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years’ experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of civil construction disciplines (earthworks, drainage, roading, utilities, structures).
  • Proven experience with project delivery, planning, forecasting, and administration.
